“i have an older vaio all in one pc with a large screen and would like to use it as my monitor when i am home. My Vaio pc has HDMI in and out ports. Will this laptop allow me to plug a HDMI cable "out" from laptop and "in" to the vaio pc ?”

• This pc has 1 HDMI port, i can't see why you wouldn't be able to do it.

• Hello, you will have to check with the Sony VAIO device to see if it can be used an external monitor. Traditionally all in one PC's do not have an HDMI in to be used in that method. This laptop is equipped with an HDMI out and can have an external monitor added to it. Thank you for being an HP customer!
