• Don't see a problem there. Works fine from my gateway laptop and my toshiba and Ipad.

• As long as the Dell has one of the Microsoft Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP SP3 or higher (32-bit only) operating systems you should not have any problems, but HP cannot guarantee compatibility because HP does not test or support third party products.
