• Yes; aside from the standard ability to change margins from within the program you're using, such as Word, there are also option settings for borderless printing and others from within the printer software.

• of course you can change the margins. You do it within your application program in "Print layout" prior to printing

• The margins closest to the edge of the page for this printer is .25. Any margins less than that and you will have to get a professional style printer.
