• No, it needs 13 1/2 inches of space for depth. That measure does not include space for the plug in the rear of the printer.

• The dimensions are as follows: Width 17.5 in, Depth 14.4 in, Height 5 in, and Weight 11.93 lbs. So no, it will likely not fit on that 12.5" shelf.
