“My printer is connected to the internet Wifi but frequently when I try to print it comes up as not connected to the internet. Sometimes like right now I can’t get it to print anything but will make copies. Is there a trick that I’m not aware of?”

Did you set up the WiFi connection on the printer and computer? Should have done that during set up. Just go back and go through the steps again.
