• Almost positive you need internet connection. Can print wirelessly but you still need internet unless you set it up with the capabilities that it has to print via email setup.

• It does not have Bluetooth, but you can use WiFi Direct without having a router to connect to. You would, of course, have to plug in the power cord to an adapter of some sort.
