When inserting the index cards, be sure to move the guides to line the cards up within the tray. Also, when you close the paper tray, change the paper type on the touchscreen of the printer. On your device, be sure to select Index Card size for printing, so that the computer's paper size matches what the printer knows that it has loaded.
