“I cannot get the printer to adjust for color and tint. All my photos print reddish and dark. I just purchased it yesterday for photo printing. Very disappointed. Can you tell me where to obtain instruction on how to do this?”

Go in your computer settings for the printer to make sure the toner is set correctly. It also could be when u put the ink cartridge in some leaked out. Dab with a paper towel to get the excess absorbed to clean it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My best advice is that you un-install your printer and then reinstall it. You may have missed a step because in the beginning the printer has to take a test to properly align where it makes it's own colors and blocks on a sheet of paper. This step adjusts the color and alignment. Hope this helps!

For the best photo quality I recommend the HP Envy Photo series printers as they use inks better formlated for color accuracy.
