Yes, I believe this will address all of your needs. 
If you choose wireless you'll have to set up wifi connection or you will need a printer cable if you want to hardwire it & don't already own one.

This printer uses individual color cartridges so no it's not what ur looking for. Search for a cheaper one that just has 1 color cartridge
