Without upgrading the PSU you will be limited to cards that do not require an external power source - that can really only what is given from the PCI slots. If you upgrade the PSU with power supply part L05757-800 original HP Desktop-PC power supply 500 Watt, you'll be able to upgrade to something like the GeForce RTX 4060 OC Low Profile 8G Graphics Card which has a recommendation of 450 watts.
