Thank you for your question. The HP ENVY Desktop TE01-3254 has 2 DIMM memory slots which are occupied with one of the slots with 16 GB therefore you can add RAM to make 32 GB. If you need this completed appropriately, we would recommend making an appointment with your local Best Buy's Geek Squad.
