It looks like the GTX950 requires a 6-pin power cable. This system has no additional GPU power cables, so no it will not work in this system. The system can fit 2 additional internal SATA drives.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I want to say, "Yes" but I am assuming the GPU does not need an external power supply. The PCIE16 should be able to supply 75 watts. You will not be able to install SATA drives if your GPU requires external power because there are no connectors on the stock power supply. You will either have to upgrade to a larger power supply with 24 pin connections or you will have to run power from the SATA cables to the GPU using an adapter (which is incredibly bad for your mobo and will probably burn out your SATA connectors). The power supply is also extremely weak, but, again, if your GPU does not need external power and only uses 75 watts, I want to say "Yes" that it should be able to handle two SATA drives + the GPU, but you will be pushing the upper limits of the stock power supply.
