forget HP Support (if not part of HP's paid support/service plan, you'll get no help whatsoever). Go to HP.com, drop-down menu for "Support" and click on "Community". Sign-up ask anything to do with ANY HP product(s) for free; expert answers provided by(volunteer) geeks extraordinaire
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It appears that the L05757-800 power supply is not compatible with the HP Envy HP TE01-3254. The mounting holes for the power supply that's currently in the HP Envy HP TE01-3254 do not match up with the L05757-800's. The HP TE01-3254 is not on the compatibility list for the L05757-800; check this web site: https://www.impactcomputers.com/l05757-800.html. I strongly suspect that there is not enough room in the HP TE01-3254's chassis for this or any other standard configuration power supply.
