There is no graphics card in this stock machine. You are running the GPU from the CPU and sharing system RAM. The stock power supply is also too weak to install more than a low end dedicated GPU and the power supply lacks connectors for you to provide external power to a GPU.

To get better graphics capability, you'd need to go to a separate, more powerful, add-in graphics card that: 1) doesn't require an additional power connector; 2)has a fairly low power draw and 3) doesn't occupy a lot of space inside the chassis. The reasons for these limitations are described very well in other reviews and questions asked/answers so I won't repeat them in my review. All of the add-in graphics cards you've identified in your question would potentially provide better capabilities that the onboard graphics in this unit, as long as they meet the power and space limitations of this machine; some are explicitly identified by other owners in their reviews as having been successfully installed. I suggest that you search for and review the reviews that identify a specific graphics card that you are interested in before you purchase; I have not (as yet) tried to add in a separate graphics card to this computer and probably will not do so in the future because of the power supply and space limitations inside the chassis.
