Yes. Up to 2 SATA 3.5" or 2.5" HDD's or SSD's can be added internally, as there is sufficient chassis space and mainboard connectors. There are sufficient SATA cables (power and data) included for 1 additional drive; if you want to add a 2nd additional drive you will have to purchase an additional SATA data cable.

An external USB disk drive will be the best way to add a disk drive.
