• While there are no visible reports that the unit has had any issues with the touchscreen, this model is an HP+ unit. It comes with free support for two years and an extra year of warranty. You can also use Total Tech Support through Best Buy. Should you opt-out of either, you do have the standard one-year manufacturer's warranty. If you run into any issues, you should contact HP Support or Geek Squad right away. Do not hesitate even if you are unsure.
