The 7255e is compatible with Windows 10. If you want to connect the two devices more easily, you can use the HP Smart app. If for any reason you need help with setup you can contact HP Support, HP+ Support (which also comes free with the 7255e), or you can ask Geek Squad for options as they can also help connect the devices. If you are curious about which OS systems the printers are compatible with, you can just search the model and drivers together. Brand of the device is not important, just the OS.
