You'll get the most vibrant prints using photo paper, with the print quality set to best (select this from the print menu on your PC). Media weights over 80 lb are not supported, and thicker stock will produce different results based on the ink absorption rate, depending on the content of the paper. We recommend HP papers with Color Lock technology. If your prints are still not vibrant after following these suggestions, there may be a problem. In that event, please reach out to Support.HP.com.
