“I want to LOVE this printer, but I can't get it to align. I've done all I can think of to do. I've unplugged it waited 60 secs, I have cleaned the printhead several times, still can't get my cyan color in. HELP!!!!!!!”

• When you get new ink cartridges the problem will solve itself. The cartridges it ships with are for set-up only. Trust me, I had same issue with several calls to HP. Just get new cartridges and/or sign up for instant ink.
