• I think resizing is an option. Yes. There are 2 different paper trays. 1 for paper and 1 for photo paper.

• Yes you can resize scans and copies from the computer OR the printer screen. There is a separate photo tray for 4x6" and 5x7" photo paper, and a regular input paper tray.
