“There seems to be NO WAY TO SET DEFAULT PRINTING TO BLACK AND WHITE. Just spent 1/2 hour with Geek Squad to try to change this feature. They were also unable to accomplish this. Do you think HP is forcing us to buy more ink cartridges? Any suggestions?”

• The option to set in grayscale does not exist for the driver on this printer

• The option does not exist to select grey scale or black and white for this printer. I just checked this again.

• On your computer go printer driver defaults and there you can set it for gray scale printing.
