Yes you could make 4 pieces of printed paper into a poster,by gluing them. The printer prints photos pretty well and clear. If you wanted it to be glossy you would have to use HP photo paper for that.

The largest that this printer can print is legal size 8.5 x 14 inches. The Envy 7855 printer can handle customized printing sizess of 3.85 x 8.5 to 5 x 14 inches. Borderless printing is available up to 8.5 x 11 inches.
