“When printing 2 pages in black ink the 1st page is faded then disappears on 2nd page. Checked ink level and I have sufficient ink. This is the second time this has happened. I'm throwing away a perfectly good black cartridge what's the problem?”

This just happened to me as well. When you replaced the black ink cartridge does it automatically work properly again? And I was told that if I let the ink sit for too long without printing often it might cause the ink to thicken or clump? Not 100% sure what they told me happens to the ink but it does what you mentioned after sitting to long. Hop this helps.
