- Answer You can use the HP Smart app to scan the document or photo, then share it via email. You can also set up a HP Smart Tasks (shortcut) to set up emailing a scanned document to an email address to save time. Here is more information on the HP Smart app: https://bit.ly/3cEujqO Here is info on the HP Smart Tasks: https://bit.ly/3kTAgTR When you scan something you will have the option to choose where you save the scanned document or photo. You can create a new folder. We recommend using the HP Smart app.

- Answer The HP - ENVY Pro 6455 can manually duplex copy or scan. It does not have automatic duplex copying and scanning.

- Answer He Geee, I haven't done any faxing yet but, using windows 10, type into the search box - Windows Fax & Scanner. If using windows 10, your app will appear, open the app. There are several options for faxing listed there. There is a "New Fax" tab in the upper left. From there, just follow the directions. QuestionI'm primarily printing black and white documents. Is color still actually used when printing B&W and if so after printing 100 B&W pages how much ink of the colors would still be left?

- Answer The printer does use a small amount of color even when printing black and white, because the ink also acts as a lubricant for the tri-color print head and keeps it from wearing out. It's impossible to put a number on the amount of color ink left after printing 100 B&W pages, but it will be down only a small amount.

- Answer Since the printer will print on standard paper and photo paper and I'm not seeing the question about not being able to find paper, I'm really not sure what they were asking about. For regular documents you can use regular paper. For photos, I'd recommend one of the HP photo papers

- Answer Yes, you should have no problem connecting your MacBook Air to this printer, which is AirPrint compatible. It's hard to put a figure on how long a printer will last because it depends on a lot of variables, including the environment it's used in (including how dusty it is), the amount of printing done, etc. With that said, I'd expect 3-5 years of use.
