“I lost the card I was given , so how do you guys know where to send the ink to?”

• Your printer has to be on a wireless network. You have to register online and this is how HP knows when to mail you more inks. Your printer will let them know when ink is getting low.

• Did you register it when you purchased it? If so they have all your information. Go to their website to check and see if you did.

• You can always just register at the website. www.hpinstantink.com Once activated at the store, the enrollment card is like losing a gift card with money on it...if you lose it, unfortunately you're out of luck.
