• be sure that the correct printer is selected and it is turned on, and if you want to copy something, be sure you select copy from the printer menu

• You need turn it off and 15 mins turn it back on. Anymore problems call info help for printer

• Did you get an error like the picture? If so go buy some ink, that is not instant ink but regular ink.
