Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Kathy, I have HP Envy 4520. I bought it on the Best Buy web site, March 3 (3 day, free shipping.) The site did say that my printer had that feature. It was also printed on the box. But, when I went to Costco to price check, the clerk told me that the HP rep told them that the printers sent to Costco did not have the Instant Ink. If you're looking on a web site, make sure it states that feature. Also a phone call to the company might be helpful. I am still on my original cartridge and they sent me a new set right away, then I just got notice that another set was on the way. I know that by now I am over my 50 page per month limit, but I still have plenty of ink left. When I signed up for Instant ink I received 5 months free. This is a great program, so far. jr
