Yes! I believe your tv shall have the USB port, just attach the USB that comes with this keyboard to the tv and there you have it....

A SMART TV is not a PC. My best guess is that if there was to be a keyboard to use with a TV it would need to be included or an added accessory. I believe the very newest LED/UHD TVs may have something like that.

Would depend on the model of TV it is. Generally the keyboards I have seen for smart TV's are Bluetooth. What you may want to do if you have not, is go through the owners manual to first see if the TV supports a keyboard, then usually they will tell you what kind to look for if they are supported.

If the TV works with a standard PC keyboard that can plug in directly, then this would too. Yank the standard wired USB keyboard off of your PC and try it, then if that works, this wireless one will too.

Unfortunately, HP does not test or support third party software or products. I would recommend contacting the manufacturer of the third party product that you intend to use for system requirements and any questions that you might have.
