From HP website: Media sizes, custom Tray 1: 3 x 5 to 8.5 x 14 in; Tray 2, optional Tray 3: 3.93 x 5.82 to 8.5 x 14 in; Duplex (all trays): 5.82 x 5.82 in to 8.5 x 14 in Media types Paper (bond, brochure, colored, glossy, letterhead, photo, plain, preprinted, prepunched, recycled, rough), postcards, labels, envelopes Since HP indicates "custom" you should be able to use anything up to 8.5 x 14. The software you know how to use is usually best. You could try a word processor since you have duplex printing. Design your flyer, print a sample, make changes until sample is what you want, then print the batch. If you know how to do a mail merge, you could put that in the job and save time and resources of address labels. Use a spreadsheet with three addressing fields, Name. Address, City/State/Zip. You can have additional fields in the spreadsheet such as first name, last name; city, state, zip. I have found that the City/State/Zip in one cell makes the mail merge much easier. You did not indicate if you use Windows / Mac / or Linux. Also, what word processor or graphic software do you have? The more featured software requires an investment of time usually with tutorials to learn how to take advantage of the features in the software. Are you planning to run labels? A good mail merge setup would save the time of putting the labels on and the cost of the materials. The real savings is your time. Good luck and a profitable new year.
