Hi Mot! Unfortunately, no. New printers include the toner cartridges. Note that the toner cartridges include the imaging drum - the mechanism that delivers the print to the page. When you change the toner, you also change the drum. This ensures crisp output every time. HP toner cartridges also have built-in security to avoid compromising your system.
