“Does this printer have a window that says; "email?" Like there's a window for scan, fax, print. Also I don't think you need to have all toner's full for one to work it's ok if they are in the printer but whatever has toner will print correct?”

You can initiate a scan to email using the scan button and one of the choices is scan to email. The printer will not work if one of the toners is empty. All 4 toners must be installed and working for the printer to print.
