You may wish to investigate the Business Printing Instant Ink plan which is $24.99 for 700 pages per month, and $1 for an extra 15 pages each month. That would cost $44.99 for 1,000 pages or 4.5 cents per page. Also I would consider the HP Pagewide Pro 477dw which has a great low cost price per page. LaserJets are also a consideration. The M479fdn using the 414X toners can give you 2 cents per page for the 414X black toner and 4 cents cent per page for each of the color toners. The 414X toners can yield, 7500 black pages and 6,000 color pages per cartridge.
