yes it does qualify for HP's automatic cartridge replacement plan. I do not know about the monthly fee as I do not utilize that program.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, there is not a plan for laser printers as there is for inkjet printers. Check the number of pages printed by the replacements versus buying a new printer. The X cartridges in particular give you great longevity, though the purchase price is admittedly higher.
