“I have digital phone service through my cable provider as well as internet and TV & WIFI. Can the HP3301 MFP fax through WIFI or would I have to have a wired connection? I currently have an older HP Color 3600dn printer. Need to upgrade sometime soon.”

Hello and thank you for asking. The HP LaserJet Pro MFP 3301fdw has the ability to send and receive faxes.For those with a VoIP telephone service, it depends on the service if it will work with fax. Many will work right out of the box. Some may not. We suggest checking with your provider first to determine what, if anything, you may need to allow you to fax. HP does not guarantee the printer will be compatible with all digital phone services.
