“Find and erase long printing list Hello. My printing is printing the same pages over and over How do I find the list of items to print and erase it?. Yesterday I did find the list by chance and it read "on Hold". It is a long list . I don't need to print those documents anymore I need to print new documents. I am an Apple user Thank you Fabiola”

Hi! Fabiola, you have a great printer congrats. To fix that problem you must go to "start menu" then "devices and printer", double click on your printer, and it will give you a window that you can adjust anything, I hoep this help you, have a great one. Ernesto Zanabria
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you go into your control panel and click on your printer it will show you what is in the pool to be printed . if you click in each line the option comes up to cancel or try again . you should be able to cancel from there .
