“Having a hard time installing the HP Officejet 8015e to my laptop. When scrolling down the list of printers, this printer doesn’t come up? All the Bluetooths are turned but it won’t let me manually add it either. Please help.”

We have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi switched on for all our computers and printer. We restarted our computer and even reset our Fios modem but still no luck. We see how we can select a printer from the drop down menu but this printer is not one of the options
