I had it programmed at the time it was purchased by a Geek Squad person. After I went home it never worked. When I returned home HD told me to call their home number for assistance but never told me there was a charge. This should have been fixed properly at the time of the sale. HD told me to call HP direct and they would help me. I don't see why I should be charged any fee for a service that was supposed to be done right at the sales time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Rick, I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with your HP OfficeJet 8015e printer. You can contact HP Support either through the site or the number listed in the papers that came with your printer. If you are a Geek Squad member, you can also contact them for support. Even though the printer is beyond the return period, you can still file a warranty claim if there is a technical issue.
