“Out of the box, I'm unable to connect this printer to WIFI. I'm very disappointed. I don't want to have to buy a wire to be able to set up this printer. I've tried contacting HP and no avail. Need assistance.”

Thank you for reaching out. The easiest method of connecting is by using the free HP Smart App on your smartphone or using the app on your PC. It takes about 10 minutes, and all you need is your network password. Make sure that your printer is not too far away from your router (or behind walls or metal), as WiFi is all about distance and signal strength.
