Cartridges are expensive. With the purchase of the 8025e and the 8035e, HP gives 6 months free ink (register the printer online with them). After that you can purchase in by "sheets per month", which may save you lots. I don't print more than 50 pages a month, so i have opted for that when my 6 months are up.
