QuestionWhy won't my paper tray lock at 8.5 x 11 paper? This causes a problem in that I get a message saying that my paper tray isn't in. The other problem I am having is that the printer grabs about 10 sheets of paper at a time and causes constant jams!

- Answer The OfficeJet Pro 8025 needs at least some ink in all four cartridges to continue printing. Because the printhead is part of the printer, continuing to print with any of the cartridges empty can damage the printhead permanently.

- Answer The ADF cannot scan or copy double sided documents. I would recommend looking at the Officejet Pro 9015 or 9025. The 9025 will scan both sides in one pass.
