HP stopped putting installation discs in the box. You could try contacting HP Support about getting an installation disc. When you purchase a new HP printer, they will direct you to http://123.hp.com to get the printer drivers.

I would suggest that you consult with the Best Buy sales associates and see whether the ink cartridges you have will be compatible with this printer. The set-up for this printer is very straight forward, and does not need a DVD.
