They give you the printer resolution there. That will give you a rough idea of clarity and quality of the print. In this case you are looking at 4800x1200 dpi (drops per inch) for color prints, which is similar to pixel count for a photo. Other factors would require getting a demo test page printed. HP offers ColorLok which helps prevent leaks through the page and running/smearing colors. The color accuracy is also important and that is hard to explain and requires more of a visual presentation. Looking for the dpi rating is a good starting point when comparing possible photo quality and can help you figure out which printer suits your needs.
