Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It happened to me and what I do it is fan the paper before putting it in the printer. That should help. And make sure that is not too humid where the printer is located.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It takes awhile for the springs in the paper tray to break in. Make sure you put a good amount of paper (good quality, all from the same, fresh ream). Mine took about a week to break in.
