“Have others had issues with getting the ink cartridges installed? I bought two 9015e from Best Buy and returned them because the cartridges would not "click" and kept popping out so the printers would never work. I see the same set up on the 9025e.”

• we had no problems installing the ink......make sure your square up and flush when installing...its easy when you get the hang of installing.
