I fought with this issue too when I first tried to scan to email. It took me a while, but I finally figured out how to scan to my "Scanned Documents" file on my desktop. After the scan finished, I chose to "save" it and then put it in that folder, then opened the scan in the folder, then attached the scan to an email. Scanning with this 9025e printer is not as easy as doing it on my trusty old 8740 printer that died.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as you have a working landline, you can just connect the printer to that and scan without going through the cloud. If you don't have a landline, then yes, you'd need to go through the cloud to fax something
