“After initially installing drivers from web, can I use the 9025e in a location that does not have web access? If I do not keep a web connection to the printer can I still get the free ink? If yes, how? Thank you.”

I believe you can run the printer just wired like normal. I do not believe you can get the free in if the printer is not connected to the web (to track the print usage)

You must have the printer connected to the internet to avail yourself of the free ink offer, as well as the additional warranty. Both are offered with the OfficeJet Pro 9025e.
