Q: QuestionI have my printer in a dark room and it shutdowns after a short period of time. Upon restart, I have been receiving errors that it was not shutdown properly. Is there a way to disable ecomode where the printer automatically shuts down?

Q: QuestionWhen I am attempting to turn the printer off....it seems as though it won't turn off. What should I try and do? Thanks pat
Asked by pat.
- A:Answer The first thing to do is to disconnect the power cord, and then hold the "on/off" button for at least 30 seconds. That will discharge any capacitors in the printer, and then plug it back in, and see if it turns on and off normally. If it doesn't, you'll need to take it to your local Best Buy and have the Geek Squad take a look at it.

Q: QuestionThree check sheet, can it print the sheet if it is just two checks or one? Does it recognize the differences in length and feed properly?
Asked by Mich.
- A:Answer Hello Mich and thanks for asking. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e will print however it is told to by your computer's software, so the software, not the printer, would govern the number of items to print and how to print them.

Q: QuestionHow do you lock in the paper tray for 81/2 by 11 papers
Asked by Bumper.
- A:Answer There is no way to lock in the paper tray for 8.5x11 paper. it only locks for A4 and 8.5 x 14". This is a crazy flaw and possibly means these trays were intended for Europe and not US use; maybe this is why they were on sale but it would be nice to tell people. I taped in a width of soft foam at the end of the tray to block it at the right distance.
