I just purchased this because HP says it will work with ARM64 devices like my Microsoft Surface Pro 11. I followed the recommended steps including downloading the Universal Driver for ARM 64 devices, and still can't get it to work. Can you help? null

Hi Ryan, apologies for what you're experiencing. The OfficeJet Pro 9120 series only works with the HP Universal Print Driver for ARM using TCP/IP (network) protocol. Are you trying to use the printer connected via USB? Please reach out to HP Support to ensure that you are using the most updated driver.
