“For anyone who has experienced problems with intermittent connection issues via WiFi, have you found any solutions? Sometimes I can restore the connection by turning it off and on again multiple times until it detects the printer but any other solutions?”

• I have this problem with the 9125E--- I don't think these printers like dual band wifi, not one little bit. I got a very complicated answer about using static IP but was required to set it on the router... not the printer. Oy. done with it.

• Try moving the printer to a location closer to your wifi or buy a wifi extender.

• Skyler, I am sorry about your experience with your new OfficeJet Pro printer. One option is to check with Best Buy Geek Squad or HP Support. Another option is to check your wi-fi router as it may be overloaded.
