With this printer I have been able to print double-sided with my A4 paper. But it never prints double-sided with my A5 paper. What is the problem? I have checked all of the settings and can't figure it out.

Bek, I am sorry to hear about your experience with the Officejet Pro 9730e and not being able to automatically print duplex. You can contact Geek Squad Support or HP Support and they can look into why it is not showing as an option. The top-loader on that is for scanning and copying documents, but not for printing.
